Airo is operated by Lattice Finserv Pty Ltd. It helps customers understand and access selected network infrastructure and connectivity services while keeping the underlying provider and Airo's role clear.
What Airo provides
Airo's primary managed service is Node-as-a-Service. Lattice can also provide selected operator-software licence access and act as a World Mobile Network Builder/affiliate for phone-plan referrals.
Node-as-a-Service
For Airo NaaS allocations, Lattice acquires, owns, operates, administers and manages the underlying infrastructure. The customer’s rights are contractual under the applicable signed service agreement. The website summarises the product and key commercial terms; the signed agreement contains the complete governing terms.
World Mobile relationship
World Mobile controls its AirNode products/programmes, network deployment, operator platform and phone-plan service. Airo/Lattice participates as a World Mobile Network Builder and affiliate but is not the mobile carrier.
Unity / Unetwork relationship
For leased Operator Software Licences, Lattice provides the digital lease and initial setup guidance while Unity / Unetwork governs the app, tasks, task rewards and available withdrawal methods.
Direct ownership options
Where a provider supports direct purchase, customers who do not want Airo's managed service can use the relevant direct route and manage the product themselves. Those purchases are separate from Airo NaaS.
