OPERATOR SOFTWARE
Operate from a compatible smartphone using a Unity / Unetwork UOSL.
A UOSL is software access for participating in supported network/telecom tasks. It is different from an AirNode: you run the app and eligible tasks on a smartphone rather than participating in physical telecom infrastructure.
WHAT IS A UOSL?
A digital Operator Software Licence.
Unity / Unetwork provides the application, task environment and reward system. Tasks can be automated or manual and rewards depend on the eligible work completed through the platform.
Airo/Lattice can either lease a licence to you under digital lease terms, or sell a licence outright for transfer to your Web3 wallet.

WHO DOES WHAT?
Licence access from Airo. Tasks and rewards from Unity / Unetwork.
Licence provider
Provides the digital lease or outright licence sale, sets lease terms such as uptime and reward-share arrangements, gives initial setup guidance and administers referral eligibility.
Runs the operator software
Provides the smartphone/connectivity, activates the licence and performs or enables eligible tasks in accordance with the digital lease/platform requirements.
USD 0 upfront licence purchase
Lattice issues a digital UOSL lease without an upfront licence purchase price. The lease terms, minimum uptime and applicable reward-share arrangement are set before issuance and maintained through the digital licence.

Available tasks determine the rewards generated. The actual lease reward-share percentage is shown in the digital licence/app and is not duplicated on Airo. Withdrawals use the methods currently supported by Unity / Unetwork.
Airo therefore does not show a UOSL reward balance or withdrawal control in My Airo.
Referral programme
Each successfully referred and activated UOSL counts separately. Referral benefits remain valid only while that referred licence remains active. My Airo shows referral records/status; the resulting reward-share terms remain visible in the digital licence.
